ActionCOACH Dorset is Your Complete Business Coaching Practice. Combined we have over 50 years’ experience in start-up and early-stage business having created and run 7 companies between our Coaches, we have great experience in the ‘how’ of running a small business. Helping you to flourish and grow with operational efficiency and skilful sales and marketing strategies.

Coupled with over a decade in large corporations including Apple and Symantec at senior levels, we have also developed the skills and insight into many other areas of business, including e-commerce, people development, finance, systems, support and legal. Our Coaches will help you to add insight into your business no matter its size.

We pride ourselves on providing the Complete Business Coaching Practice and as such offer additional support to our growing customer base, Marketing services and education, Financial services and education, in fact, whatever it takes to make the life of an SME easier and more effective.

Our Approach to Coaching

There are some great examples of absolute heroes in business, through adversity they have become successful beyond their wildest dreams, bankruptcy and business failures along the way are often the case, just look at Richard Branson as an example. We are not all destined for their version of greatness, but we all deserve our own version and that should look however you want it to look. Time with the family, with the kids, more money, respect from the business community, luxury holidays, a supercar, a villa abroad, whatever your piece of greatness looks like, you will need help and support to get there.
