I have found my period of coaching a really positive one. The team make you take yourself out of
the hamster wheel of day to day work and running your business and look
at your business from a birds eye view.
The most positive thing about the experience is that it is not a
program of the coaches telling you what you need to do. They ask
questions of you, why you are doing something, what it is or isn't achieving,
so that you can make your own decisions and they can advise on how to
help.
